“Luckily, we have a completely unfinished basement with lots of storage since most of the house does get adorned,” she says. “Most of my holiday décor comes from Arhaus. They have beautiful and well-made Christmas items.” One thing Caroline enjoys doing is having her house set as though people are about to come over for a holiday party. “This means beautifully decorated sugar cookies in the kitchen,” she says, “and the dining room set with place settings.” And, of course, she always has a candle burning. With mustard adding a unique pop of color to her classic holiday styling, Caroline’s Yuletide abode is full of Christmas spirit. “Every year, I look forward to the memories made over the holidays in our home,” she says. RIGHT • Creative Christmas Tree. “I did something a little bit different with this tree,”Caroline says.“I lled it with pinecones that I’ve collected over the years and then I added some beautiful thick pieces of ribbon.”Also, under the tree, you'll see presents—real ones! “They are wrapped in craft boxes with some ribbon, so I get to reuse them every year,” she says.
