Just days ago Oscar-winning actress Emma Stone listed her home for sale. The 1950s Beverly Hills Cottage is going for a cool $3.9 million. While we may not be able to move in at least we can glean some charming design ideas before someone else swoops it up. The Hollywood Darling purchased the 4 bedroom / 4.5 bath home in 2012 but apparently, she’s got the 7-year itch and is ready to move on.
According to Morgan Halberg of The Observer, “Stone completed a major renovation on the cozy two-story Coldwater Canyon home, which was built in 1954. The Beverly Hills house now features hardwood floors, lots of patterned wallpaper and colorful paint throughout.” Scroll down to see more of this sweet cottage!
French doors abound and the natural light reflecting through the home is so inviting.
This gorgeous tub and vanity give this bathroom such a vintage flair.
Who’d like to come over for a ladies lunch? This sitting and dining area are precious!
The pink-hued hummingbird wallpaper and gold accents make this powder room feel like a whimsical jewel box.
The colors that echo through the home appear effortless and don’t overwhelm the eye.
The layout of the home is wide open but still manages to feel so cozy and welcoming.
A farmhouse sink and inlayed appliances styled alongside the all-white custom cabinetry and shelving knock this kitchen out of the park.
Who knows why she’s leaving or where she’s going, but with such a sweet design aesthetic we can’t wait to see where Emma Stone lays her head next. For more details about this listing head here to see the original listing from Stacy White, broker for Compass.
